Sfo El Rancho Inn Surestay Collection By Best Western – Hotel near airport in Millbrae

My stay at the hotel was mixed: the rooms were well-appointed with everything we needed but were quite far from the reception area and slightly humid, regardless of the temperature. The service was friendly and accommodating, although not up to the standards I expected from a Best Western. The location was excellent for catching an early morning flight, close to the airport and with nearby restaurants for local flavors. The dining experience was modest, with a strange complimentary snack concept, and the facilities were satisfactory.

The hotel is conveniently located near the airport, making it perfect for a short layover after arriving Stateside. The rooms, although not as spacious as depicted in pictures, are extremely clean with all the desired amenities. The service was top-notch but had a minor hiccup with the shuttle missing us. The dining experience was not up to par due to the presence of many workmen during breakfast. The pool area and eating space were pleasant, contributing to a nice setting overall.
